Teams needed to consult activities and download materials without opening each record file by file.
We organized the experience around how people search: year, month, activity, and file.
Vantech turned a complex operational need into an orderly, clear, brand-aligned consultation experience.
The portal is no longer just an activity log; it becomes an operational library for the team.
Less time searching for materials and more consistency when executing the brand across regions.
Essity’s teams deserve a clearer way to find the right brand material when the work needs it.
